ClubCorp, the World Leader in Private Clubs, is an  international association, developer, and management company for country clubs, private business and sports clubs, and resorts. ClubCorp rates their clubs every year on a standard of excellence that covers the club from management down to groundskeeper. Each year ClubCorp awards their top clubs throughout the U.S. with our award called Success. The top award is a gold-plated Success, the second tier award is a silver-plated Success, and the employees of the top clubs receive gold-plated pins that are a replica of Success. The most outstanding club receives a Success with a crystal embedded at the base of the piece and pins to honor that clubs personnel have.
