Artist’s Notes:
Diversity has always been a core concern of mine. In high school as a military brat I was fortunate to attend a multi-race school. In college I longed to march with Martin Luther King. The first sculpture I ever made was three figures standing side-by-side with their arms joined continuously. Each figure had a different head; one was a circle, one a triangle and one a square.
